What is his speed now? from 5.29 m/s to 5.00, what is that in the 115 speed, what is it now?
Legion vaulting speed was said to be adjusted, it feels slow because the changes haven't been made yet, as stated by the Devs.
Legion mend time now? Time it takes to mend?
Any numbers help, as they are important in this game.

5m/s = 125%
Percentages are based on the Survivor running speed of 4.0 m/s. So Killers movement of 4.6 m/s is 115% of Survivors 4.0 m/s.
So 5.0 m/s is 125% of Survivors movement.

Great, 132 to 125.
7 decrease, that's not too significant, I can live with that, they did consider making mending a healing action so healing perks would take in effect. ;)

That is a very significant decrease. It's almost half of how much faster Legion was before.
If you think that 7 % isn't much then try playing Vanity Myers. You move 7 % slower (108 %) you won't have a good time doing that
