Dead By Daylight Rules Issues
Hi people of the fog i am here today to talk about a few issues about DBD rules and possible changes that maybe devs should change or atleast think about it.
Has we all know there is a few rules that some players of the community don t agree with and to be honest i am one of them.. Devs showed us a long time ago a screenshot about DBD rules that if we break them we can be "Ban", and one of the things that i hated so much is when they show us that Facecamping, Bodyblock and Tunneling it will be discard from the devs... OK... Has we know facecamp, bodyblock and tunneling is tipical from "Killers", and i think those 3 tipical and comum issues should be changed. If i remember right (help me if i am wrong) a year ago one of the In game reports we can see the reason why you gonna report that player(the one with a troll face icon). That report icon means "DO NOT TAKING THE GAME HOSTAGE".. Well.. So if killers facecamp survivors or bodyblock someone into the corner or even in the basement forcing them do suicide in the hook or even DC(Disconnect) why that rule is there?! The worst case i saw was a Leatherface facecamping a survivor just because he hit him with a pallet and then after the survivor DC in the hook he literely went to the basement bodyblocking the last 3 survivors forcing them to DC... And the most funny thing about this is that the killer(Leatherface) didn t got banned after the 4 survivors report him for "TAKING THE GAME HOSTAGE". I will not even gonna talk about tunneling situations because i think you guys got the point of this. I just think the game with this rules become a lot TOXIC has before..
What is your opinion about this people even if you guys are "Main Killer" or "Main Survivor" should they change their rules i mean change it for something that MAKES SENSE and to not be ignored or discarded to give more health to the game and less poor gameplays...
PS: I am main Killer but that doesn t mean that i have to be against Killers that abuse so much in the game against survivors. Sorry for ENGLISH FAILS

Ok, I think I understand your complaints. You are wanting more constant punishments for killers taking the game hostage? I would agree that needs to happen and from my understanding it does. Now they get a lot of reports for abuse daily, so this person may not be banned right away, but I am certain he would.
That said, camping is not taking the game hostage. The first part of your example, the camping, is not a banning offense. It sucks, but not a rule breaker.
Now the last three survivors trapped in the basement, yes that is a rule violation and is bannable.
I do need to ask though, if the Leatherface was camping survivor 1, how did the other three end up in the basement at the same time to get trapped in the first place? Why were they not gen rushing to punish the camping Leatherface? Not saying the Leatherface should not be banned, but the survivors did kinda put themselves in a position to let the Leatherface to be a dick.
The one in the hook was me and the other three survivors one of them was hooked in the basement and the other 2 suvivors decided at "the same time" to go help him.. Ironic after i died the killer went to the basement and saw the 2 survivors going downstairs helping the other survivor, has a good killer(FAKE) he just stay downstairs blocking the 3 survivors forcing them to DC..
haha man... taking game hostage means that the game cannot be finished. if a killer facecamps, u die. if a killer bodyblock you, you will get a hit. tell me about a killer that blocked you for 4 hours in a corner... or tell me if you didn't had a match where killer camped the hatch, and you instead of repairing gens, you were there teabagging and trying mind games to make him click m1. :)) taking game hostage is when you abuse exploits like map design errors , or others.

Even bodyblocking in the basement is legit, when the killer intends to hit/down people after someone dies in the hook, bleeds out, etc.
The only bannable bodyblocking is the one forcing people to DC. And it only happens when a survivor blocks another survivor in a corner, or a killer blocks a survivor without hitting him.
Everything else is game.

Any killer can easily argue this by simply stating "They BM'd me, so I was just gonna make them sit for X minutes then kill them!"
Boom. No ban because no one can prove otherwise.
That's what you have the ability to put your matches on video. If someone is on the hook or bleeding out, no bodyblocking is holding the game hostage.
If no one is on the hook or bleeding out, and no immediate action is taken by the killer blocking the survivor, it IS holding the game hostage.
The BM ---> Bodyblocking argument would have no weight under any circumstance, outside of people being in the hook, or bleeding out.
