Play around BBQ.
Break LoS in chase. Running around the waist high junk on Autohaven means nothing to a Nurse. Turn blinks into a guessing game as much as you can. Move unpredictably. Iron Will helps ALOT.

If you encounter a true "god nurse" it's quite simply gg. Sometimes I watch a korean streamer (devotion 11) who loops ANY killer till daylight without breaking a sweat. I rarely ever see him get hooked. But against a "god nurse" who blinks and anticipates optimally even he gets downed relatively quickly.
Pray and do your best
Fake a pattern while she’s trying to blink you. Fake like you’re going to run forward right before her blink then run back towards her. Stand still while she’s holding her blink then pick a direction. Run around without a specific direction. Depends on the nurse really. ^ all the above has worked for me though.
Hide yourself,don't be caught
Secure the unhook points and die a happy man. That's it. If a Nurse is truly skilled, they're going to be putting too much pressure on the team for anything to realistically get done. You may be able to dodge a hit or two but they'll always win in the end. Even if you escape from them in a chase, they'll just find someone else, down them in two seconds, then blink to the next generator and down the next guy. Nothing will get repaired.
Break a chase.
Basically, it's only stealth against good Nurses. Don't get found.
Against mediocre Nurses, try to break the LOS, for example in jungle gyms.
