Once ptb is officially closed you can ASSUME that the chapter will be released in about 2 weeks. However, it seems that the devs are switching up their usual pattern compared ton the other chapters. So there’s a possibility that it will be in 3 weeks.
Tuesday or wednesday around the 11am (canada time)
In the wise words of @not_Queen
Soon™
Next tuesday
Coming week of the week afte,r I think thats safe to assume
Tuesday: Plague's lore;
Wednesday: Jane's lore;
Thursday: Q/A on Chapter 11;
today: Chapter 11? **
The PTB closed, so maybe next week. They're probably making last-minute adjustments to the game mechanics.
It's not gonna take three weeks. It'll probably be out next week or the week after at the latest.
Next week for sure.
