What happened with the DS that give you Broken after use? I think that would be a better balance because people should use the DS later in the game

    The devs seemingly have dismissed that idea. I agree with you, liked that idea better than the soon-to-be version.

    It might’ve been due to the fact that you could combine it well with perks like Dead Hard and make a chase after getting off the Killer’s back hell. It may have also been due to the fact that you could just combine it with No Mither and Deliverance and not face the downside of using them, but that’s only my guess as to why they did it.
