Bloodhound and Shadowborn really need some changes
It honestly surprises me that these two perks haven't gotten any changes in the current PTB for the large amount of perk changes for both sides and i really do think that these perks really need some changes soon as both of them have a extremely low pick rate due to how useless and terrible they are, i don't know what kind of changes they could have but i really hope that BHVR does something about these perks.
