    To me, those complaining about a simple solution to this ongoing balancing issue are just advocating for this bullshit. I've seen good perks die because it somehow stacked with another perk into a broken state. I would be for zero stacking, only the best stat is used. Diminishing Returns is a compromise.

    Diminishing returns allowed for the coming careful buffs to several underutilized perks. It's a good thing if they keep it up.
