Ban without using cheats

So, as the title says, I was banned without using cheats. I don't know what happened, but that new anti-cheat system they introduced for te,sting banned my account.I hadn't played on the account for months, so this ban makes no sense.

Please BHVR, give me back my account.

But I didn't actually use it—I don't even know how to download that stuff. Besides, I only started playing again about two days ago, after my account had been inactive for months.

Bans of any kind can't be solved on the forums. Need to contact BHVR support directly.
