Permanent Game modes
I think certain game modes should become permanent additions to Dead by Daylight, especially 2v8. Not every limited-time mode needs to stay permanently, since keeping some modes exclusive to events or celebrations helps make those occasions feel special. However, 2v8 is different: it has proven to be an incredibly fun and popular alternative to the standard 1v4 experience and adds much-needed variety to the game.
A good comparison is SMITE, which offers several permanent modes such as Conquest, Arena, and others. Players can choose the experience they are in the mood for without taking anything away from the main mode. Dead by Daylight could do something similar.
One concern with permanent alternative modes is splitting the player base and increasing queue times. A multi-queue system could help solve this. Players could select several modes they are willing to play—such as 1v4 and 2v8—and simply be placed into whichever match becomes available first. Players who specifically want one mode could still queue exclusively for it.
Having 2v8 permanently available would also help prevent the game from becoming repetitive. After hundreds or thousands of hours, constantly alternating between the same Killer and Survivor 1v4 gameplay can become stale. 2v8 changes the pacing, teamwork, chaos, strategies, and overall feeling of a match while still keeping the core identity of Dead by Daylight.
Limited-time modes are great for experimentation and special events, but when a mode is consistently popular, replayable, and offers a genuinely different way to enjoy the game, I think it makes sense for it to become part of the permanent experience. 2v8 has earned that place.

I don't want 2v8, it's only fun with new content (there's was non this iteration) and the queue times are really bad when this game mode is in the game, 15 minutes in 1v4 and 30 minutes in 2v8, I rather to keep the 5 minutes queue times currently.
2v8 is boring (I hate the role system) and every time it's out the regular mode queues take 4 years. No ty

Thank you for your comments. You both bring out exactly the point that I talk about:
"One concern with permanent alternative modes is splitting the player base and increasing queue times."Which is a very valid and fair concern. You may not like the mode, which is fine—de gustibus as they say—but many others do. Most of my friends personally play only when some modes are out because the game itself, without the modes, is kind of repetitive. But that's beside the point; my suggestion was accompanied with an answer to what is the possible problem of long queues:
A multi-queue system could help solve this.
