Predator, probably when the next movie comes out as xeno is in the game and he is likely to be added to 2v8 next iteration which is next month and there's also that skin for xeno so the license holders do have a good relationship.
Predator didn't came out to dbd with badlands because of stranger things and it was their last season.
Possibly X-Files. Its been on quite a few surveys, its a staple in supernatural horror tv shows with a very iconic duo of survivors, and seems the be more heavily asked for than something like "The Twilight Zone" or "The Outer Limmits". They are also not strangers to video games as they have had a ps2 game kinda like resident evil with zombies.
Though it would also be competeing with Supernatural which is the younger generation's X-files
Poppy Playtime. I'm sure it'll happen at some point or another, I just hope they give us one of the cooler characters like Huggy Wuggy instead of Mommy Long Legs or something.

BHVR has worked with Supermassive Games before and Until Dawn has spread a bit (Remake, Movie, Sequel in works) so doesnt seem like Sony would be completely against collaborations.
Though i had hoped we would get Sam as a survivor then with Hayden voicing her, which is now not possible anymore
Someone mentioned supernatural competing with X-Files, and i do think both will be added eventually. However I may be biased, i do believe supernatural may come sooner rather than later. It has been exploding in popularity recently in the dbd community, and is in the top 3 licenses for a survivor only chapter. The actors for Sam and Dean are very involved with them, and I think they'll be added eventually

I'd say The Conjuring or Insidious is quite likely as they are ongoing modern horrors
