Remove luck offerings

It's an ancient 2016 mechanic which serves no purpose now except for enabling people to die on hook, and go next, or to be used in a unhook yourself swf party builds.

It will clear some space from junk in bloodweb as well, having no luck offerings, and somewhat reduce the go next players using this loophole

    Yeah with Diminishing Returns, Luck is basically completely useless now. It was fun to occasionally do a full Luck build, but it's gone.

    luck mechanic needs an entire rework now that diminishing returns is in. The only viable use case for it is gone so now it exists purely to enable go next (that use case wasn't particularly healthy either IMO)

    Oooooh, you're right, I totally forgot that diminishing returns nuked even luck builds, yeah, because of it there really is no point in luck anymore

    With 5 Salty Lips and 4 Up The Ante, the chance used to be 55%. Now it's just less than 15%.
