Played legion after taking a break from dbd around a month or so after Unknowns release. Anyways Killer instinct didn't seem to work for certain hits. Does it not activate if you hit a injured survivor? Or if you try to reactivate it on a same survivor?
it should be showing people in your terror radius even in lockers so no info means they are not nearby. if they are, perhaps they were Oblivious or you were Undetectable.
