Allow Jason to pick up rather than mori scewered survivors

I just speared a dwight in the exit gate in a miserable gideon meatplant game with another person slugged in the middle of the map. The game didnt give me the mori prompt, nor could I pick up off the wall normaly since he was death hook. The dwight could immediately leave when he dropped while his teammate got picked by a third survivor, turning my 2K into nothing.

    That sounds like a bug. You should have been able to do the quick mori if he was death hook and he was pinned to a wall (even if it was the invisible, exit wall).
