  • Shack is a different structure entirely, im not even about to step into a discussion thats anywhere near hinting that shack should be changed. I don't see why it matters if walking behind line of sight blockers takes skill or not. But why half the windows need some hospital curtain or some other line of sight blocker and then still have a safe pallet next to it is beyond me.

  • Youre focusing on the wrong thing bruh

Yh lerys is an interesting map with a LOT of LoS blockers. It's very hit and miss for killers. Ranged killers struggle while stealth killers excel. Odd to complain about trapper for that one simce trapper gets on pretty well with lerys, hard to spot traps from a distance so trapping vaults is a great tactic and the grass patches in the outlying corridors are very good places to put a cheeky trap.

Okay I thought I was pretty clear that this isnt a post about killer specific counterplay or advice but even then trapper can only trap so many insane pallets and windows and even then he's still trapper. The problem im adressing are the linking/pseudo infinite windows.

Wouldn't you just teleport TO that window and chase survivors away from it? Jason is kinda great at dealing with otherwise strong windows by vaulting it in the opposite direction other killers can.

I feel like youre misunderstanding the situation... its not like Jason has a global visual and audio queue to show when he enters his power. Killer instinct doesnt automaticaly start a chase, and using your power just lets survivors reset to a check spot where they can loop the infinite window from again. This isn't a Jason specific issue, if I had been playing huntress or trapper or any other conventional killer I would have been eating ######### at the window all the same. Killers cant make line of sight with survivors at these tiles so chase never starts, the window doesnt get blocked and the survivor can infinitely vault it while being atcompletely safe distance from lunges.

Do you mean hugging a wall to avoid a flashlight safe? Didn't know people called that an exploit.

When it comes to "tech" vs exploit, I feel like it comes down to what the devs think about it. Looping could have been classified as both when it emerged. Now it's just part of regular gameplay.

I was referring to Wesker/Blight Hug techs that allowed them to get hits around certain loops. It would look like them grinding themselves across the surface hence the comparison.
