Perks that should be nerfed.
Bearing the Heavy Burden by Tori Ken
Why not reduce its ability?
There should be additional conditions.
What are the consequences of being in the "Not Invisible" state for 40 seconds?
What happens when a survivor comes to help while injured?
Why not use other status effects such as "Interrupt," Aura Reveal, or others?
It's extremely unfair to the killer because 3 out of 4 survivors have the Bearing the Heavy Burden by Tori Ken skill, and it happens in 8 out of 10 games.

Shoulder the Burden is completely fine. There was a big panic when the Perk was released but this did not happen. It is also used very rarely, 8 out of 10 games is a huge exaggeration.
The only part where Shoulder the Burden MIGHT become problematic is at the highest, highest level of play. But 99,99% of players will not reach this state, so it can be neglected.
Shoulder is perfectly fine until you reach high MMR then its relatively common in my experience, pair that with the fact that anybody who uses shoulder is likely good at the game it becomes literally game breaking to most matches its brought to.
"Shoulder the Burden" is a perfect perk. It's very good against S-tier M2 killers like Nurse, Blight and Billy. It's mediocre against area control killers that have a good M1 ability to profit off of the exposed status effect to create a second tunnel target.
In my experience it always hits the killers who deserve it due to their power level.
Shoulder is a difficult one because while it's not a bad concept for a perk at all, it has very few limitations on its use. Yes you can use it against a Blight who's hard tunnelling one Survivor at 5 gens to save the game, but you can also use it against a Trapper or Ghostface who's taken 4 gens to get 3 hooks on 2 Survivors to ruin any chance of pressure they ever had. It also synergises painfully well with all the other antitunnel perks in the game which are still very strong in their own right. Additionally the '30 seconds exposed' drawback is essentially a non-factor, because a) Killers are punished hard enough for camping that they're unlikely to be near the hook most of the time b) the freshly unhooked and now much less vulnerable Survivor can take a hit to delay catching the unhooker c) it's irrelevant to M2 Killers anyway and d) Vigil exists.
My dream would be a basekit version of Shoulder The Burden that only applies when one Survivor has been hooked twice and no other Survivors have been hooked yet, without any of the supposed drawbacks. That would be a genuine anti-tunnel feature that couldn't also be wielded as a weapon against the Killer just for existing.
I can’t remember the last time I saw someone use Shoulder the Burden in one of my killer matches. If it was OP, I would probably see it a lot more often than “never”. Ironically, I have actually been using it a lot in my survivor matches recently. It’s my insurance against a teammate getting tunneled and while most matches it doesn’t make a difference, it feels very good when it helps someone escape.
