how long til i get an answer for my ban appeal

i got a permeant as soon as i updated my game 20 days ago when the new killer dropped and the notification said: game failed to verify my game files.
i have since filled a ban appeal form and havent heard anything since its gonna be a month soon and its really frustrating to be locked out of m account does anyone here have an idea on how long it takes to get an answer or have/had the same issues with failed to verify game files ?

    This doesn't sound like a ban. If the game can't verify the files it means they aren't loading correctly or you have an issue with firewalls. Verify the steam files were correct, check firewall settings, and make sure VPN aren't causing issues if you use one. This could also be the Easy Anticheat being weird. Can you uninstall and redownload or download the game on a different computer/console and see if it loads you in? I would imagine you'd get an email about the ban or something to your account if that were the case.
