Does the new Off The Record de activate during end game?

Cuz if it doesn't, those 40 seconds of endurance are just way too powerful a thing to have during end game, essentially a free escape regardless of how badly your team messes up a rescue.

    I have no idea why is it active during end game. All they needed to do was just revert this perk into it's 6.1.0 version. The devs has the most unlogical balance takes I've ever seen in gaming industry. I'm not even mad, this is just funny at this point 😂
