Server problem in SEA

I dont know why ? all these chinese players got drawn to SEA server, why they're not matchmatking in Hongkong server or something ?

When I play Survivor or Killer, my ping should be around 40 when I encounter players from the SEA server. However, when I encounter players from the Hong Kong server, my ping is around 80, even up to 100.

Will the developers fix the issue of players being thrown to servers they shouldn't be playing on ?

I thought DBD was specifically banned within China, so they VPN around that?

It's not banned. You can play it any time you want. You aren't allowed to stream it as it contains violence and sensitive content
