Quick Google search revealed mostly these DbD cosmetics/Code and some japanese Sites and I am very lazy

It is a Livestream which happens every Friday at 7:00 PM in Japan. Basically just a DBD-Collaboration and they probably got some Shirts to promote them. Japan is quite big with Collabs (not only DBD). You can see this with various Cafes which have collaborations (there is also an Entity Cafe from time to time, which features DBD-related Items).
Tldr: This is an archived version of the DBD forum, it has all posts, comments and media. The archived data will be published at the end of October. This site is not in any way affiliated with or endorsed by Behaviour Interactive.
