Play with your food perk doesn't lose stacks after certain attacks

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
The Play with Your Food perk does not lose stacks after using certain attacks.
I am not sure which attacks other than the ones listed are ignored by the perk, but I have seen similar reports with other killers and abilities. I wanted to send this report anyways to help ensure that the bug is found and fixed.
PLATFORM:
PC/Windows
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
I was playing as Nemesis while using the Play with your food perk and noticed that stacks were not being lost when using basic attacks. However, Special attacks were still removing stacks from the perk as normal.
