Killer able to lunge with mad grit

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Playing Nemesis with mad grit, agitation, pain resonance, & pop goes the weasel. A survivor was trying to take protection hit as I was carrying their teammate to a hook & i accidentally lunged, immediately realized something was off.

PLATFORM: PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Playing The Nemesis, pick up a survivor with mad grit.

    This is most likely tied to the Nemesis currently having some odd bug that makes any perk not work correctly with his M1 attack. So it most likely is effecting Mad Grit too. If this happens with any other killer then its most likely perk bug but as its Nemesis it most likely is the same bug that is effecting any M1 perk/add-on on him currently.
