i have been played this game a whole day , everytime i play i got the stupid idling Dr killer what boring games , this game they didnt address any about this killer so boring and frustrated . So shame DBD they didnt make any improvements about this report , what a shame this game they didnt do anything about everytime i report

This has been an issue for years!!! Ridiculously annoying.
Report them to behavior support with video evidence.
This thing has been in the game for god knows long, probably impossible to exterminate as there is like dozens of hacked/free client
The developers announced in their QoL Update they will address AFK bots within the first phase of it. Therefore, the next chapter might has a solution for this.
There needs to be caution though. With MMR being what it is, it's not unheard of, although exceedingly rare, to have games where the Killer gets 0 hooks/injuries for most (if not all) of the trial (the veterans will remember the match that accelerated the removal of insta-blinds. Or even just very skilled people getting 5-gen chases once in a while. Not to mention hackers who can give themselves and others God Mode for hostage-taking).
Whatever countermeasure BHVR is cooking, it cannot be based on damage/hooks since being completely outmatched or against a hacker(s), the latter being a much more likely possibility, shouldn't be punished.
It's already scary enough that there's no details about the "go next" prevention (something that could easily lead to false positives, and unwarranted punishment, if not handled correctly) we don't need people being punished for simply being outmatched or facing a cheater.
