Moment of Glory charges removed on down
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Moment of Glory was fixed in 8.3.0 to retain its charges when a survivor is put into the dying state, pausing the effect until returned to the injured state. It is now bugged again, deactivating prematurely when put into the dying state, requiring the survivor to reacquire its effect with two additional chest searches once no longer dying or hooked. The intended behavior according to previous patch notes is for the perk to only deactivate upon a successful heal.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED:
1. Activate Moment of Glory by opening/rummaging two chests.
2. Get downed.

Can confirm this. I got downed during the 60 seconds and the perk completely deactivated and did not restart later.
Tested in 9.0.0 and this bug is still apparent, removing charges on being downed instead of only on successful heals.
Have they still not fixed this bug? What is going on???
Perk still not fixed. Would really love to use it now since keys make chest builds much more viable.
