Since we are introducing anime characters from Japan into the DbD universe, why not have a survivor from an anime as well? Like Izuku Midoriya. Or Goku.
Why stop there? Maybe we can get some characters from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles too. That TV show is a classic.
The only reason kaneki was added is bc the anime he's from met the criteria of horror and series killer, deku and goku ARENT horror OR serial killers, it'd be a terrible idea

If You're gonna suggest anime facetiously you could offer a legitimate choice like Shinichi from Parasyte : p
But for real, a Mystery Inc. Survivor chapter would go so hard
