Call of Brine and Overcharge were nerfed for a reason. It makes sense to have that kind of base regression in 2v8 but not 1v4.
Keep in mind... "increased by 200%" means the regression speed is 300%. It's pretty potent.
I mean 200% in total. Sorry.

Hex: Ruin should be reverted back to 200%. This perk is useless and it's a Hex.
