Whats wrong with the Unknown?
Did you feel it too? That the power of the Unknown does not fit into his concept.
It tries to look like a human, which is what mimic does.
It copies human voices to hunt like mimic does.
In the teasers, it behaved like a mimic.
The character's design says that its mimic.
The character's lore says its mimic ("Legend was it thrived in darkness and stole the voices of those it consumed so as to lure others to their doom"; "The Unknown dwells in darkness and can MIMIC its victims")
But it can't mimic.
Why, Behavior?
Why instead of mimic we have the Huntress with teleport?

Thats right. With this killer than could make so much fun and scary stuff. Im just imagining when killer pretends to be survivor sitting on gen. And when other survivor join him, starts to transform to his original form and hit him. There could be so much adrenaline
Or just imagine you are survivor sitting in a locker with Inner strengh and see how other teammate running near you. Is it a normal guy or a disguised killer? Will he catch you from locker or just run away?
Or survivor standing near escape line in gates. Who is he? Frend or not? You are injured, you have only 2 options: escape or die.
Or can you trust a guy who wants to heal you? You are on your third hook. What should you do?

but that's the thing. the default is the actual weapon.
and the default is just boring.
Soooo? We can get new weapons with The Unknown though with future cosmetics that’ll come out soonish….Again, it’s not anymore exciting than huntress’s weapon or ghostfaces knife or weskers knife, or pigs knife. Etc etc
Sure an axe 🪓 isn’t the most exciting thing but…what would you choose? It’s also not too big of a deal. The killer is a solid killer at least. Most ppl are happy with him.

Yeah yeah yeah. Its doesnt work also as bots, "hex" for survivors, endgame collapse, killers with cams, etc - looks like nothing is working in DBD until it appears and you go like "wOaH tHaTs A hOt StUfF!!!"

The Unknown should have had extremely long sharp-looking crooked nails or had hedgers attached to its arms.
What I don't understand that the Unknown has holes in the neck? But the mori is not showing any harm there and don't left a transformed body.
And the UVX has still a little gap that is not connected to the body.
Holding a weapon as tentacle alien thing that possess humans makes no sense to me.
It's funny to play though and I like the dispel effect + creepy voices.
Just have to look at it from a different perspective. For example, after enough work from the killer amounts up to roughly 3 hooks, the killer can infect another player. Once this happens, that survivor swaps sides to the killer's side and only wins with the killer. That survivor has essentially been "eliminated", but instead of being eliminated, it's a turncoat. Could have a few various ideas on what that turncoat survivor can do (and what the real survivors could try to do to counter it), but even has an SWF, he'd want to keep his identity secret from his buddies.
That’s a whole different game mode, not a killer power.
