Does singularity really need his anti camp mechanics when the self unhook meter exists?
Singularity has 2 anti camp mechanics within 10m of an active hook, if he wakes up from his camera, he will be slowed for 5s instead of the usual 1, and his biopod lock on rate within that 10m is 10x slower. Meaning for a slipstream it'll take 6s instead of 0.6s, and for a teleport it'll take 8s. This lingers for 5s after the survivor gets unhooked.
Singularity was added before the anti-camp hook meter was added and (if i remember correctly) before hook grabs were removed. Having all these penalties around a hook (especially the wake up penalty) seems incredibly unnecessary and unfun to use.
Thats not even mentioning that for some reason he contributes to the unhook meter while in his cameras.
- His wake up penalty should be removed
- His lock on penalty range should be reduced to about 8 or 6m
- He shouldn't contribute as much to the anti camp meter in his cams (maybe 75% of the normal rate for the range he's at)

I would agree 💯
They need to adjust this. It’s a bit frustrating for sure.
I think they can remove the extra movement speed penalty, but the slower lock on rate should stay the way it is.
Remove the wake up slowdown, but remove Singularity's built-in Insidious when 8 meters from a hooked survivor.
