Lobbies Need a Rework
As cool and unique the current lobby is, its detrimental to the game. Survivors joining in and out and killers dodging lobbies for whatever reason. There are several things I believe need changing, some of which should of been done a long time ago.
When you press that "Join a Match" button and find a lobby, you should not be able to back out. There is not a single game that Ive seen where youre able to do this and this would fix the issue of dodging.
Hiding prestiges is also something necessary, since now I can see killers putting on different add ons or perks purely because of some ones prestige.
While in the lobby Survivors should be able to see each others perks.
While in the lobby you should be able to switch killers since lets be honest, MMR needs to be dropped.
Finally the killers ping should be seen by everyone. No reason why Survivors ping is shown but not killers.

Reddit AMA had a question about lobby customization, but the question wasn't answered.
Personally I think they should just make them all available, let us choose the one we want.

I was thinking more than that.
The lobby can be the same to main menu screen, where all 4 survivors sit at fire camp. When a player ready, the character grab their item (if available) and stand up.
I agree, my friend, it would be really nice.
