Can we buff Singularity now that permanent 3 gens are gone?

Singularity has many restrictions and has been underwhelming since release due to BHVR being cautious about 3 gen after Skull Merchant. Singularity was directly released after SM making him the biggest victim of this. Now that 3 gens are gone, I think it's only fair he receives some buffs.

    Singularity isn't underwhelming, people are just bad in general while singularity focuses on the broader perspective: Macro.

    High effort and skill for low reward, similar problem as Billy.

    Singularity is primarily a chase killer. That is play style of the current Singularity win streak world record holder Cocolatte. Playing him as a macro killer without a cheese strat is how you lose with him.
