No, you have to be running Residual Manifest, which is currently Killswitched.
Ahhhh then yeah it's currently impossible
If we’re lucky maybe they’ll do an extra bugfix patch next week for the flashlights like they did when Undetectable was bugged.
Otherwise yeah the challenge won’t be possible to complete before the rift ends unless they extend it.
Good news! The challenge has been removed from the tome and replaced with a different one:

There is also a basment challenge which has been bugged for a think a few weeks now
Yo I thought it was just me? I got so many basement hooks but no update.
You can, but the challenge requires Residual Manifest to be equipped and that perk is disabled.
