Franklin's Demise vs Toolbox.
Corrupt Intervention vs Gen rush.

Franklin's is a waste. It doesn't counter toolboxes. They'll almost always have no charges left by the time you Franklin them. It can counter medkits, but the teams you need to counter medkits against will just drop their medkits when one player calls out that you have Franklin's. You're better off taking Bamboozle or another chase perk on an M1 killer.
Corrupt/Deadlock/Jolt is good though.
Honestly is looks good...
But downing a Survivor within 30 seconds of the match starting will take off Corrupt... making using that perk a moot point (If BHVR did just thought of what they did to Lethal and apply that to Corrupt it could be better)
Deadlock is technically better with dealing with Gen-rushing
Franklin's Demise maybe worth it if you happen to find a Survivor quickly... but after that those Toolboxes maybe used up
Jolt... it's ok for what it does... but only taking off 7 charges per down doesn't mean all that much
Discordance works well against Prove Thyself
Fearmonger can also work against DH... but yea it works against all Aura Reading and Exhaustion perks
Are you sure Franklin's Demise is a waste of a perk slot? I had a lot of value from it since survivors love to run Built to Last nowadays. I guess yeah, Bamboozle is also a good perk. I should of added that in the list except some maps it's pretty damn useless with how many pallets there are or a lot of vaults like Lery's Memorial Institute.
At least that 30 seconds is taken off from the 3 gens that got blocked. Corrupt, in my opinion, has a lot of value.
They can refill the toolboxes in lockers with Built to Last, that's why I suggest using Franklin's Demise because it's a wonderful perk to have against it.
Jolt is good for M1 killers and if there is a chance that they almost completed the gen and you downed a survivor, you can go to the gen and pressure the rest of 'em.

I did say that it looked good... but If Built To Last was being used why not take Iron Maiden or that Dredge perk
I'd also say the Sloppy Butcher is going to be used for a lot of M1 Killers
At this point don't worry about Gens... they are going to get done
But that's just me... my opinion
Sloppy, Deadlock, Corrupt and PGTW.
Franklin’s isn’t going to be nearly as good with medkits being nerfed. That was the item it was the most effective against.
