Corrupt Basekit for Killers? Yes, Im totally for this. 15sec, 20sec would be enough.

That would barely do anything...
its enough for a normal M1-Killer to walk over to the corrupted area. With that, he has no longer lost the first gen by simply walking. This would make a huge Difference for the weak Killers. Strong Killers like Blight who can travel around the map in seconds dont care anyway.

It forces survivor to move away from the spawn area while giving killers the time to find them before they start working on the objective. It deactivates if you get a down, and getting a down early is massive pressure already. At the same time, it's not voerly oppressive on killers that will definitely get a down before the 2 minutes timer (blight, nurse, spirit, artist, others ?). If you can't work with that it's your skill problem, the perk itself doesn't need a buff
And btw, it still is meta
If you block 3 generators for all the trial, survivors will never be able to win
