Dredge Versus Haddie?
This is a topic I found interesting, so let's take a deep dive into this.
The Dredge is honestly a cool character, however it is undeniable that BHVR considers it to be the "kingship" of The Roots of Dread Chapter launch due to them receiving a large amount of cosmetics and still receiving cosmetics til' this day.
Part of me thinks that BHVR has neglected Haddie Kaur in an attempt to solely focus on Dredge cosmetics considering the frequency of cosmetics released and the Chapter parallel between the two. Look at it like this, the Dredge's snowman cosmetics was one of the main features of the Bone Chill event. Now the Dredge is receiving yet more attention with a Maurice cosmetic. But what about Haddie?
When compared to a Chapter like Forged in Fog, the Knight and Vittorio have received a similar vain of attention, getting create cosmetics on launch but continued support in cosmetics after their launch (and a whole Tome as well). Even the Project W Chapter is still getting support through Capcom/RE. But Im confused why there is this disconnect between Haddie and Dredge to begin with, where Dredge just gets more attention than Haddie, when other Chapters try to keep some sort of equilibrium between the two.

No one from a particular chapter gets equal attention other Yun-Jin and Trickster.
Spirit has gotten more than Adam.
A problem with Haddie could be design wise she's a lot like Zarina and Jane in job field. You could have taken Haddie's Prime outfit and put it on Jane and it wouldn't be out of the ordinary.
Haddie’s perks suck, she’s unpopular, she’s loud. Dredge has a few new skins but it isn’t a popular killer either. And a couple of its skins were basically unused designs (skeletal and the snowman) that the team obviously just knew they could recycle instead of fully discarding.
