Any plan to fix the Knight+MYC bug?
I just went against a Knight who openly admits exploiting this scummy tactic "which is authorised because it hasn't been kill-switched".

I will never understand people who justify using exploits like that.
I went against a TTV who exploited that and the speed glitch shortly after the chapter came out and then proceeded to brag about how he always gets it to work and has the easiest games because of it. And proudly talks about using it against popular streamers. At least the speed glitch got patched but as long as these bugs are still in the game they will be abused.
I can, though I don't think it's worth it. To me, The fault is entirely on the dev's for putting out buggy/poorly thought out interactions. And then you have the possible spiral where everyone is buggin' out, so some feel the need to take advantage to keep an edge.
I mean what's the difference going againts this and a camping Bubba,its silly and it shouldn't have been in the game.
One is a bug, the other is by design.
Camping Bubba isn’t an exploit. It’s bad design and should be changed, but it’s intended behavior. Knight + MYC is an exploit and people who take advantage of it are just scummy players.
It’s on the devs to fix the issue, but players who openly take advantage of such a major and unfair bug knowing exactly what they’re doing are just as guilty imo.
I went against a Knight doing this and I asked them what kind of person abuses a known exploit like this and their reply was pretty much the same as you got OP. This is why we cant have nice things, there are always those people who have absolutely no integrity and will take advantage of any situation, whereas most of us would not just because it is the wrong thing to do.
As for when it will get fixed? Well I honestly was shocked it wasn't sorted in the last patch as it was pretty well known before that came out. So at this stage, who knows!

Disabling make your choice will not change anything about the knight's capacity to instant down near hooks because he has iri add-on called Knight contract where every 4th guard applies exposed in 12 meter radius for 8 seconds, One of his changes is that he can M1 his own guard to cycle guards to the 4th guard to always have exposed guard. so even if you disable MYC, That particular knight player can just use iri add-on and do same thing.
given the knight's balance changes further nerfing both purple add-on's and map of realm while also shadow nerfing him with his bug-cast time. it is pushing knight to use unfun strategies to be effective. In other words, blame the dev's for bad killer balance.

Bugs related to the Knight and Twins most likely will be fixed in 2023.
No, they aren't both by design. They've fixed the issue in 6.4.2.

Was sick of those low integrity scummy players exploiting this and now they will have to actually play without exploiting
I'm not sure, I've only glanced over the notes for that bug and the fat-shaming obstacles.
