Earnable event cosmetics? Yes, through the winter tome along the Bone Chill event.
New outfits for shards? Not anymore.
Usualy with events there is event Tome that cointains some outfit(s) for just doing the missions. So yea, there should be.
Since the Dredge one wasn't officially revealed yet (as well as another one I'm forgetting), I reckon there will be.
Pretty sure it was stated from the beginning that Dredge Snowman cosmetic as well as David Nutcracker will be the tome cosmetics.
also i still find it beyond hilarious that they decided to give David a nutcracker cosmetic.

Thankyou! Much appreciated!
