Vaults after being harpooned?
This shouldn’t happen. If I harpoon a player before a vault why do they still get it. Players should be stopped in their tracks.

Because on their screen they can already scream how it was a hit as they were already behind the corner.
It's called desynch and although survivors suffer from it much more, killers occasionally get hit by it too.
generally doesn't matter anyways, vault shots are usually still hits
