Honestly yea but no i just basically ranked them by how much fun i have fun playing them but tbf it's also does represents on play time on character but it's random honestly like i can play with someone in S then just pick 1 out of C but to answer the question mostly yes based on playing the most.
Thanks. This is a rough list for my most played. Before anyone ats me. This is just a list of who I play. Survivors at D, I just don't play them it's not because I don't like the survivor. Some of the legendary survivors aren't there because I don't own them.
survivors are just skins. if you like one particular skin theres no reason to swap off it, im like that. you obv like multiple skins/survivors so you swap. just sucks that the devs think each survivor is different for some reason so they dont share a perk/item/offering pool

i started with meg, then moved to feng, and since silent hill chapter ive been playing black hair cheryl exclusively as survivor

well ace is the quietest survivor and therefore best, so different survivors are TECHNICALLY different strengths
