Nurse Blink Attack becoming Special Attack
I've seen people mention that a nerf to Nurse would be to change her blink attacks from basic attacks to special attacks, does this mean she would be unable to get grabs after blinks? What perks would be no longer strong on her if this were to be the case?

Exposed status effect will not work if that happen. (Starstruck in particular)
The main complain about Nurse right now.
If she would be unable to grab from blinks it will be superfluous, just taking away an exposed from her is enough.
Ow there is a achievement that requires you to grab a survivor after a blink.
I wonder if that's a reason why they haven't changed nurse to special attacks yet
I know consoles (well at least PS4) aren't a huge fan of changing achievements so I could see DBD struggling to make that change due to that reason
The thing is that Nurses base walking speed is so low (3.85m/s) that she could never ever hit anyone with normal M1 attacks, besides the occasional lunge attack at a survivor that missplayed, that she need her blinks to proc all the fun special perk properties.
But this can make her too oppressive at times. One suggestion that's somewhat middle of the ground is to only count her first blink as a normal attack and the second as a special. This would allow her to use Starstruck or Sloppy, but reward actual skill, and if she needed the second blink to readjust, that window of opportunity closes.
I am still advocating for making her blink attack m2 but making her faster and reducing the blink to one. That way she can still use m1 perks survivor get to actual loops her and that's what is the most fun if you ask them. The blink would still need to be charged so you can't just run them down and blink the last bit. We would need to look if her lunge needs to be addressed so it isn't saving any blink mistakes and this rework would make good blinks so much more satisfying would still keep her a difficult killer where good skill is rewarded but she would be hopefully less oppressive and she would probably even have a much lower entry level so more players could enjoy her that right now don't want to invest the time needed to play her good
That is not necessarily true, to my understanding. They are willing to change an achievement if the game changes in such a way that it becomes literally impossible to complete. For example, they had to change the achievement where all four Survivors escape from the Hatch because the Hatch now no longer spawns when more than one person is left.
Sloppy, Jolt, Franklin's, NOED, Devour Hope, Haunted Grounds and Make Your Choice wouldn't work off of the top of my head. Hubris isn't in the game until Tuesday but it wouldn't work either. Any perk that either operates off a basic attack or provides the Exposed status would be, at best, marginally useful.
Technically, Save the Best For Last wouldn't work either but the limiting factor on Nurse attacks is fatigue anyway and not cooldowns so it's not an issue.
It removes a lot of perks from Nurse which is why people have alternatively suggested that, if warranted, Nurse blink attacks be considered a 3rd type of attack or, if Starstruck is the issue, a reduction of the Nurse's TR to 1 or 2 metres when carrying a survivor.
Both of those seem fairer to me than just removing a whole bunch of perks from people learning or being casual on perk who aren't using Starstruck + Agitation to the effect people are describing.
