So the thread about hex perks needing to get reworked is moved, to feedback&suggestions. Which makes sense.


but why close it Mods? I guess criticism isnt welcome here then.

    When threads get moved, they are marked as CLOSED in their original subforum. But they're not actually closed, they're just moved. If you were to click on the "closed" thread in general, you would be redirected to the open thread in Feedback

    oh okay i see ^^ Then all is fine. Can be misleading though.

    which i always believed in the first place, but then i got mislead by "closed" and thought its just closed and believed diffrently.


    now i know better, so i believe the first one again XD

    I agree, I do wish they had a MOVED label rather than closed just for clarification for newer forum members but yeah, threads are generally not closed unless someone is breaking the rules in their original post (like spam, naming and shaming, or going overboard with personal attacks).

    Some things are a matter of of the Forum Host, but that's definitely something to throw over in Forum Feedback if it hasn't been already!

    But as others mentioned, when a topic is moved and a redirect link appears, it'll say "Closed", and clicking on it will send you to the thread. Oftentimes as well the post may say "Edited by (Moderator) at (time/date)"; that more often means we moved it but did not do anything to the post itself (though from time to time if something is over the line but not enough to warn, we may edit).

    When we close posts, we will state why it was closed so OP and those participating are aware. And if you have further questions about a post closing or anything else regarding the forum, please feel free to leave a message on one of our Activity Walls!

    And, I hope it's ok, but as the misunderstanding on the wording has been clarified by Forum Members stopping in and answering, I'll go ahead and close this discussion up ❤️
