How to make Hillbilly great again
- Remove his overheat
- Remove his roar! sound
- Buff/Rework his addons
- Make stearing a bit easier
- Make his chainsaw bump stun bit shorter
- Reduce by a bit colision with objects (thanks to new maps you can bump into bush 1m away from it)
Bam! I am pretty sure many people would comeback for him and maybe even main him again. He would be B tier killer who isn't too punishing to play as.

In short, revert him to somewhere around 2017 Billly so that he lost the flick but has strong addons before he received many micro nerfs.
Here's the marketing problem from PR though - why would anyone buy LF when the Free version is better? Solution from Corporate : nerf Billy into the ground.
Instead of completely annihilating the overheat mechanic (which I think took some time to make), they should make it an anti-camp tool only instead. The overheat would only go up while you're revving, pauses while chainsaw sprinting, regresses extremely fast after a chainsaw sprint, regresses slowly if you haven't chainsaw sprinted and only revved.
Maybe we could also make Billy's curving a bit more interesting, since he's quite easily dodgeable without engravings, let's say that for the 0.75 second curving period, his movement speed is increased to 345%, but after that period, it slowly goes back down to the default 230%. (This wouldn't be affected by the engravings, only the eventual 230% movement speed)
Sadly Bhvr hates Billy and they will never buff him.
