Basekit Shadowborn, increasing their field of view by 15 degrees.

This would be completely fair considering the fact that it's a benign change that wouldn't make too terrible a difference from gameplay.

Unlike the other two perks I mentioned in the title, which both became basekit.

    Ok give survivors basekit 5% haste. Killers just got 10% removed cd and survivor sprint after hit and they will still be stronger as they will still have more speed even after this buff /s

    No. You can clearly see it at incentives. If anything, it's time to buff survivors (namely soloQ by providing some information, that SWF already has)
