Recovering from the dying state
The feature of recovering from the ground should be removed from survivor's basekit.
Survivors should need the help of another teammate to recover from the dying state since 0%.
The ability to recover from the dying state could be included in the Self-Care perk, so survivors can fully recover from the dying state without the help of a teammate, but at 25/30/35% of the normal healing speed. The recovery speed can only be increased with Unbreakable.

No, you dont want them to recover pick them up and hook them.
Can you make an elaborated argument other than speak the obvious?
It's really boring and awful to be slugged and that gameplay, while a useful part of the game, should not be encouraged.
There ya go.
I'd say boring is making gens 90 seconds, going for 12 hooks, being tunneled and camped.
Killers need different ways to apply pressure and survivors need more team work. Team work should be encouraged.
And slugging discouraged. I see no good point in this. Just yet another survivor nerf for 0 reasons
Slugging does not need to be buffed.
Certainly
1. This would be incredibly unbalanced, Knockout would become meta and this would be absolutely busted against all but the most co-ordinated SWF groups.
2. Being slugged sucks, there are 2 things to do, recover and crawl, and crawling is basically useless unless you have already recovered. This leads to number 3.
3. Perk diversity: You would be essentially creating a perk that every survivor would need to run, which goes against the trend that the devs are leaning towards, i.e. basekit borrowed time, and nerfing self care.
4. It would make it even less possible to have a chance in a 3v1 or 2v1 situation, and those situations are already in the killers favour.
5. This would not lead to more teamwork this would lead to more survivors making stealth builds and playing for hatch as soon as 1 person gets slugged. Not to mention the increase in Dc's.
