Pig Buff or Nerf?

Would it be a buff or Nerf to make it so you couldn't put a Reverse Bear Trap on a survivor on their last hook state? Like obviously, if someone is on their last hook state you shouldn't put one on them an just hook them, but would it be a big change to just remove the Ability to do that in the first place? Genuine curiosity about people's opinion on this.

    What’s the point of putting a head trap on When there going to die anyway.

    That sounds like QoL, especially against survivors who look identical when you know you haven't hooked one twice

    Nope because if i stomp and still have a hat i want the bloodpoints, plus if there are multiple survivors left i can hat then slug the person on death hook and use them for bait, or if they wiggle out.
