How You can Counter Spirit without Iron Will?
Sadly i am seeing her a lot lately and it is really hard to counter her without Iron Will. I am not saying she is op. I am just asking for help.

Camp a pallet and pay attention to the audio direction. That's about it, really. Especially when they run Cherry Blossom. Could always try to 360 her as she comes out of phase but that only works against controller users, let's be honest.

If they are good, and running addons, not much you can do besides win mindgames at pallets and windows.
Well, you have not always strong pallets. Sometimes you just have weaker loops.
The flavor of the week looks like you can try running Bite the Bullet plus Lucky Break with a medkit or maybe Self Care. Distortion is useful too. As soon as you get injured run off to a hiding spot and start healing immediately. Lucky Break will hide your scratch marks and blood trail, Distortion hides your aura in case they have Nurse’s Calling, and Bite the Bullet makes you completely silent while healing. So unless a killer has Killer Instinct it’s going to be really tricky for them to find you if they weren’t able to watch exactly where you ran to.
Camping a pallet is absolutely not the only thing you can attempt against her. I feel a lot of Spirits will think a lot of survivors will try that, so what you can do is position your scratch marks at the pallet and crouch away to make her think you’re at the pallet but you’ve snuck around the other side of a loop. You can try double fast vaulting a window/pallet one play, just slow vaulting one the next, and then reverse pallet drop the next. It’s all about throwing her off with what you have around her. It won’t work every single time but it’s not supposed to, but make sure you switch it up and get creative with it 🙂
I would recommend playing as her a couple games to get an idea of her and survivors’ movements so you can understand what to do a little more.

Remember that her phasing sound has a delay compared to when she actually starts phasing so at short loops you kind of need to predict her
Vault locations ideally are the best.I like the killer shack fast vault a window to give her a noise notification and run to a pallet then to back peddle to the winddw and slow vault it again and she will often times be confused trying to listen for your steps and if you have lightweight its even better. Just keep in mind they are usually running stridor so dont always run when they are in spirit form.
Good headphones and get those easy pallet stuns. In time, she will start respecting them but since you can hear where she is, it should be ok.
Unless she has those add ons, you should be fine
