Why is dead by daylight taking such tough action against chat offenses

I was permanently banned from the game after 850 hours because of slight insults that occurred at intervals of months. Why does a chat issue end up with a game ban when the chat in DBD is even after the game and not while playing. I have not played unfairly in the game, neither hacked nor otherwise hindered the game itself. Fooling around in chat apparently ends with a game ban at DBD. Don't care that someone who invests almost 1000 hours and several hundred euros is banned in this way. Inquiries as to whether you get at least a chat history or something else are also ignored by the incompetent support team. The first request I submitted was about the reason etc why the ban came, this was later counted as contesting the ban. So my second ticket, where I wanted to justify myself, was simply ignored. How can a developer be so embarrassed. It's already embarrassing enough that they don't manage their game cleverly. But then throwing around game bans like that is just embarrassing

  • Can't read that and we can't talk about punishments or anything. Best thing to do is message the mod that hit you with the Ban Hammer.

  • Don't insult people then? Even "slight insults" have consequences. Also I doubt you'll get help faster if you call the people who would be helping you "incompetent" and saying devs don't manage their game correctly. You're the one that resulted in YOUR ban. Take ownership of that.

  • Only way you would be able to get banned from the game itself if you were either saying way worse then 'slight insults' or you were getting reported en masse by many different people.

Either way, the problem here is you, bud. Maybe you should be less of an ######### next time.

  • Players are entitled to one appeal - that's why support will no longer respond to you...as that appeal was already done.

We also do not publicly discuss bans, and by reading the game rules - you will see why you were permanently banned from our game.
