Non-meta/weak survivor perks nerfed by changes to game mechanics
Multiple survivor perks that weren't meta at all and really not that strong to begin with have been nerfed thanks to different changes in game mechanics.
First with the hemorrhage buff both Resurgence and Solidarity were nerfed because they instantly start to lose their heal progress when hemorrhage is in play.
With the increase in gen times both Blastmine and Flashbang have been nerfed because it takes longer to get to 50/66% repair progress on gens.
For Resurgence/Solidarity please make it so they are immune to hemorrhage so they can actually be useful when equipped. For Blastmine/Flashbang just adjust the % to take the same amount of seconds as before to activate. Those are just slight buffs to both to make them still viable with the changes to game mechanics.

Hemorrhage is not even that strong of a debuff that it needs a direct counter. If it didn't regress resurgence untill fully healed that'd be good, but nothing needs to completely nullify it.
I mean, doesn't the opposite apply too? Resurgence and Solidarity aren't strong enough that it's fair a common effect completely negates their existence. Considering how many perks and addons Hemorrhage is part of... I think it'd be more important to protect them from Hemorrhage than it is to protect Hemorrhage from a couple of almost never-seen perks.
I'd appreciate Blast Mine and Flashbang having their percentages tweaked too.
No, because the game is not a seesaw. The experience is an asymmetrical one. Killer perks and debuff should be more impactful than survivor ones because they only have four compared to sixteen. If a survivor perk blocks a killer one it's gotta either have a limited application or activation requirements. That's why I'm fine with resurgence countering hemorrhage until the survivor is healed; There's a limiting factor. The game is not tit for tat.
