Try with maxed out sensitivity 100% if you're not already doing so.

  • blight is hard to play even on pc, people say nurse or billy are hard but they're rly not, blight is hard asf

I wonder if it's a FPS issue. I have a redeem on my channel to make me play controller. I still do well on blight. And at 100 % sensitivity. His turning is way more then enough

i play with max sensitivity and 60 fps, i might just need to practice more with him

He's 100% weaker on controller because you can't hard flick, and even when you're just trying to lunge around a corner you don't get as much of an angle because your sensitivity is slowed down as you turn.

I don't recommend playing him. Play Billy with engravings (either one + boots/lopro or double engravings) instead.

ill try that, it sucks tho since blight is my fav.

Anyway, I dunno what you said that was deleted OP but I still stand by my words: do not play this killer on a gamepad. You are hard capped in a way that other killers are not. Blight is only so highly regarded because of the crazy turns he can pull off on MnK that allow him to not only get easy hits on people out in the open, but also around a plethora of objects.

Devs could definetely make blight work on new gen consoles. Fortnite works same on pc vs new consoles so I don't see why dbd could not make to work as well.

  • if you have any sort of FPS issues, you won't be doing anything fancy with him. Or a low sensitivity.

no issues for either of those

They'd basically have to do one (or some combination) of:

    • Significantly increasing the turn rate (both during rush and rush attacks)
    • Decreasing/removing the sensitivity slowdown (and/or making the "ease up" happen quicker)
    • Give us a flick toggle button that essentially does the first option and dials up the sensitivity when pressed

...and somehow do any of that without breaking him on MnK.

If they only add those on controller like aim assist works in fortnite only for controller just for comparision.

Not sure then. He has crazy turning on controller. Even if sensitivity doesn't change it. Nor do I think that's the OPs issue anyways

My guess is that it's FPS. But they also may just be swinging to early

do i swing when i stop seeing them?

  • Only attack with lethal rush once you’re physically touching the survivor, and use the fact that you have 5 rushes to your advantage. Be patient and don’t go for a hit you aren’t sure you can get if you know you can put yourself in a better position.

  • If you play Blight on console, you just get skeeted on by any survivor that doesn't run in a straight line

    thank you for the information

You wait until the last second to swing. Mouse or controller.

and again mouse is 1000000000000000x better for this because your turn rate is only limited by how much mouse space you have and how high you're willing to take your DPI

that's the whole point. controller turn rate is too slow for reactionary flicks & curving around objects.

But blight is still totally usable on controller.

usable against the average team but nowhere near being the 2nd best, team destroying god like on MnK

I play Blight on controller and have zero problems.

I also main nurse on Console and i do just fine.

  • Blight is, unfortunately, substantially weaker on Console.

His inability to flick or rapidly adjust after bouncing can cripple him at times.
