Not really. This perk is hard to balance because it was too strong as it was, and we needed a new meta, but as soon as killer can hear you the perk is just..nah.

Nerfed Iron Will is basically the same like no Iron Will. Every Killer with a Headset will hear you anyway.
It's useless now and not worth bringing.
I might try it with ace but only if I don't run exhaustion.
