Are the prestige rewards in the PTB

I know everyone is fighting over what's OP and what's not, but if I may ask, are the prestige rewards (icons and portraits) in the PTB?

And if they are, could someone post a picture of what they look like? I wanna see the sparkly portraits please

They are, somewhere on the forum posted a few pictures. Don't get your hopes up though, it's not much special.
