4k requirement for plenty of things should be removed.

I mean they are outdated with so much changes to the game, killers really shouldn't be encouraged to aim for 4k as it'll just make everything boring.

adept should be changed to 3k, emblem shouldn't require 4k to be iridescent, same should be applied to tome.

    You can still get the adapt with 3k as long as you do it after the rank reset (lower requirements for 2pip) and get 10 hooks.

    Adept doesn't need a 4k, but a 2pip.

    I forgot that the emblem is the only thing that matters for adept, yeah.
